Richard "Rick" Dupuy
Director of Quality

Rick, like many members of the Ascent leadership team, has spent many years building professional experience in the aerospace industry. He has been in aviation 38 years and many of those have been in a management role.

Rick has filled numerous positions such as Project Manager and Director of Maintenance before accepting the challenging position of Director of Quality/Training.

Prior to entering the fast pace of the civilian aviation industry, Rick served proudly in the United States Air Force for 26 years, again filling many leadership roles. In his desire for perfection and having a caring attitude, Rick has won the respect of the employees and his peers as well.
