Charles E. Stead
Director of Planning/Material

Charles Stead has held the position of Director of Planning/Material for Ascent since its inception in November 2009. Previously, Mr. Stead was the Director of Quality/Planning for a large Repair Station. In this position, Mr. Stead was primarily responsible for Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Training, Production Control, and Planning.

Previously, Mr. Stead was employed by Evergreen Air Center (EAC) as the Director of Planning/Material and AMS for 13 years holding numerous managerial positions including; Director of Planning, Project Manager, Contract Administration Manager, Back Shop Manager-Goodyear, and Hangar Manager.

Mr. Stead has over 31 years of aviation maintenance experience including four years in the US Air Force and 28 years working for either McDonnell Douglas or Certified Repair Stations.
