Our work is typically covered under a Maintenance Services Agreement (MSA) that is negotiated and agreed upon with our customers in advance. The agreed scope of work dictates our actions, and it is what we firmly commit to for scheduling and turnaround times. Even in the event of significant findings, we will do our best to incorporate those repairs into the turnaround times, and get our customers’ aircraft delivered on time.
